Well, we've done it again—only a little longer.
In late April, we left San Diego and won't be back until December. What started as a simple trip somehow turned into an eight-month adventure spanning Tanzania, China, the Philippines, Borneo, Indonesia, New Zealand, Fiji, and France.
We'll begin and end in Moshi, Tanzania, where we'll spend time teaching and working with local schools. In between, we'll wander through China, dive and island-hop across Southeast Asia, explore the wildlife of Borneo, road-trip through New Zealand, and relax in Fiji.
By the time it's over, we'll have crossed multiple continents, countless time zones, and probably tested the limits of our carry-on luggage.
Looking at the itinerary is both exhilarating and slightly exhausting. Fortunately, we've scheduled a month in Paris at the end to recover before heading home.
What could possibly go wrong?
